Was ICC justified in putting a ban on inzamam?

I was watching the recent episode on match between pakistan and england yesterday. After hearing the intereview of inzamam ul haq i thought pakistan was quiet right in leaving the field.

Some umpires are racially biased and it has been seen quiet often. Particular if u take the case of chucking the ball its always the players from the asian sub continent who has been targeted.

And ICC takes a very stringent view of asian players. do u agree?
