Prof.MC Puri Mathematics wizard shot dead in Banglore terror attack was cremated on Friday Dec 30 at Lodi Road crematorium in South Delhi in the presence of 150 misty eyed family members,friends,admirers.at Lodi Road crematorium in South Delhi.
Puri had gone to Bangalore to attend a three day seminar at IITSc when a terrorist opened fire and killed him instantly and injuring five others.Among the mourners was S.R Arora Principal Hansraj College and a former student of Prof. Puri.The students said they have lost a great teacher and guide.

Terrorist are now targeting hy-tech cities of India, government have to take steps to provide more security to such cities. By killing person like Prof. Puri no-body is gaining anything but they are trying to stop growth of India. Special team to solve IISc attack

The Bangalore Police have formed a special team headed by an officer of Inspector General of Police rank to investigate the December 28 terrorist attack on the Indian Institute of Science, a top police official said. Bangalore Police release terrorist`s sketch.

The special team would have Deputy Commissioner, three Assistant Commissioners of Police (ACPs), five Inspectors of Police and other supporting staff.

Suspects arrested

The Bangalore police has arrested two more suspects, along with a huge quantity of explosives, in connection with last month's terrorist attack at Indian Institute of Science (IISc) in Bangalore.

the arrested militants - Afsar Pasha and Mohammad Irfan - belong to the Pakistan-based terrorist outfit Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT), and are natives of Karnataka and Uttar Pradesh.

Pasha was working as a mechanic and Irfan was working as a cleric
in a mosque in the state.
